Overall this property was efficient in having exactly what you need, pool and beach right on the water. However, if you give the front desk your personal number on vacation they take it upon themselves to contact you via text AND calling the room up to 5 times a day. While some of the texts indicated loss of electricity the other notifications were constant inquires of your trip. We were there for short time but property was clean, many people got food and drinks outside, and the tiki bar was WAY overpriced, ex. $16 for a hot dog. No room service, change of sheets, towels upon request. Lastly they say the ocean view rooms were affected by the hurricane however some were occupied and could’ve been offered. We had an absolute crappy view of an alley way filled with homeless people. The gym was very nice one peloton, two treadmills and weights. Not too busy and that had a gorgeous view of the pool and beach.

Slightly Bugged

We got in late Wednesday night after a delayed flight in Orlando. The doors were locked, but we were let in right away for a seamless check in. Upon arriving to our room, we were greeted to a giant roach-like bug in the entry way. When we called the front desk, we were told that there was nobody on site that was able to help us and to just kill it and someone would come by in the morning. Nobody did. However, our service did increase. We were constantly check in on. The service at the Tiki Hut and pool area was top notch. If back in Daytona, I would return to this hotel, mainly because of proximity to the bandshell. I just wish we didn’t start our experience with a buggy situation.

Great location, comfortable, & clean. Located in northern end of the beach, no traffic on that end but makes for way safer area for the kids to play. Smaller pool but has a water slide & hot tub. Tiki bar that serves up decent drinks & hot oven ready pizzas ( pizza was actually pretty good). Several grills on pool patio to cook your own if preferred, they were very clean. Walking distance to boardwalk & right next to endless shops, restaurants. Grocery stores a short drive. My view was terrible, as my balcony overlooked our neibor

Outside noise from people partying and you can hear everything next door room is up to because they are attached. No daily service but nice large room and clean. Staff friendly and understandable pressure to meet with them because this is a timeshare property. Noise was only real drawback from us and it was probably just because we got stuck with a bad located room
