The people at the front desk 10 stars. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Room was just right and we could not have gotten any better. This is my second time staying here and the third is right around the corner

First room we were giving had roaches crawling on the counters. Second room, no noticeable roaches at least. But still pretty dirty. The floors were dirty. The countertops were dirty. The bathroom tub had what seemed to be chewing gum stuck on the bottom. Just one large smear about 3 inches long by a half inch wide that was very sticky. no smoke detectors. The lock did not work on the sliding glass door out to the balcony. Had a flimsy piece of metal that was supposed to be used. The air conditioning rattled and leaked all over the bathroom sink nonstop. Only one very small skillet and one very small sauce pan. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. You could not use it. It showed only one bar of service but would not work at all. The front desk didn’t care about you having complaints. None of the phones work that was in the hotel rooms.

The Cove Motel is beachfront with ocean view rooms. It's an older hotel that is outdated, but my room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and I had no issues checking in. It's a great location, and the price is budget friendly. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. I would stay here again.

This is an older hotel but everything was well taken care of. The kitchen didn't have plug ins so the kids had to put the toaster on the floor but were happy they had a toaster for their bagels. Loved watching the sunrise and set from our balcony. The staff was friendly. We were early and Gloria let us check in. Thanks it was a good stay.

No no no no no. Rooms were broken down, with holes in the bathroom window, for instance, and cracks in the walls, flooring, and bathtub. Stunk of bug spray. Bedding was clean, at least, so I made it through the night, but nothing about this hotel's posting reflects the godawful reality of the place.

Joey was awesome. He checked us in and personally made sure the rooms were ready. During our stay we saw him cleaning windows, maintaining the landscaping, and offering to help anyone he came in contact with.

While the rooms had been renovated, the bathroom was not. The shower rod was held in place by a screwdriver. There was no water pressure and barely any hot water. Found several roaches in the room. The elevator had a certificate that expired 2 years ago. There was limited parking and the only snack machine was inside the office which closed at 11. You could hear the other guests from inside the rooms. Never saw a cleaning crew. The pool had mold on the bricks. The sliding door to the balcony would not close completely. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
