Very nice hotel, love it is oceanfront. It’s very clean. Breakfast is ok considering most hotels do not offer a free breakfast. The water pressure was not good when showering, the pressure was low and fluctuated during the shower. The room felt damp throughout the entire stay. However, the common areas in the hotel did not feel damp.

Our family was in for Daytona Speedway racing and had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the speedway, and the pool. The rooms were spacious, and I loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Kid-friendly, and our grandparents loved it as well. The kitchenettes are a game-changer because breakfast is often a disappointment; however, plan for a better start to your day.

We stayed here in 2010. Took a chance on a remodeled place and was pleasantly surprised. This place is as good if not better than it was 15 years ago! The remodel is just being completed. Best deal in Daytona area as far as we're concerned.

Hotel and staff were really good. The writeup on the hotel said we had a kitchen with crockery etc. We had a tiny microwave and small fridge. No crockery or cutlery and the plastic water cup (only 2 for 3 of us) was never replaced. It said free hi speed wifi, but alot of the time we lost signal and it was not fast at all. Would we go back again, yes.

Despite the reviews i took a chance and I loved it. Right on the beach. Balcony is quiet so peaceful that I took a nap outside listening to the ocean tides. NO smokers allowed. Ample parking. 15-20mins drive to food locations on the beach. Light breakfast. Rooms are clean. Bed and pillows are nice and fluffy. Staff was friendly always greeted me.

Nice location, needs updating.

Ocean-front room has a great view. I would consider the overall condition of the room as "aged". Rusty hinges on the bathroom door, and a general need for a refresh are in order.
