I booked the hotel room because I was on vacation. Wanted to go swimming and get in the hot tub and on the site. It says they have a hot tub Anna pool open ice machine was broke down dryer was broke down in my first room was broke down, move me to the second room, and the heat was broke down Very unhappy with my stay. Everything was a complete disaster.

Our room was not as displayed on the ad in Expedia. We select this hotel for swimming pool so that kids can enjoy but it was not operational. In the first room allotted tv was not working. So had to move to another room. When asked for all these issues lady at the front desk was trying to move us to other hotel. With all these problems I think we should get refund. But I couldn’t contact The Expedia .

We had some issues at check in with them putting us in a regular room instead of a suite that we had reserved. Then we had issues with our key card working at the room they moved us to and ended up moving to another room again. They were friendly about it and not their fault with the issue with the key card. We were disappointed in the pool not being usable and it was not mentioned on the website. The pool was the main reason we stayed here. We were in town visiting our son and family. Our granddaughter was looking forward to swimming with grandpa and grandma. Overall the stay was decent. Only had the breakfast one day during the stay. It was an average hotel breakfast.

The hotel really needs a renovation. We stayed in Quality Inn Myrtle Beach and that was awesome. The problems with Dayton were: Phone did not work when I tried to call my husband. He has a brain injury and he would not have been able to call for help if he needed to. The clock radio had to be unplugged because it made weird noises. The remote for the TV did not work because the last resident put the batteries in backwards and the back was missing. The refrigerator badly needed to be defrosted. The Quality Inn in Myrtle Beach had scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, and sausage, in addition to pancakes, bread, bagels and muffins. The fruit was not appealing and the yogurt tasted bad like it was out of date. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed help. We would love to consider Quality Inn when we visit Dayton again, but only if you do some major renovations.

Room was dirty, pool hrs 3-10 but had to ask to use cuz it was shut off n locked during open hrs. Hot tub has been unusable for a “long time”. Charge card an additional $100 deposit per room. Sheets stained, food crumbs around the microwave, half of the lights didnt work in the room, beds were incredibly hard, just to name a few things.
