Room average to poor, but clean, and good staff

A fine choice if you are on a budget and like the location. Plenty of food options nearby. Staff are professional and friendly. Hotel and room is clean. Quiet. Easy parking. Dated interior. Bed is a lower-quality mattress, only moderately comfortable. AC unit in the room is noisy. Sink faucet placed in the corner is the stupidest location of any hotel I have ever been to. Room smelled of stale cigarettes. I won't stay here again - there are better options.

I absolutely love the fact that when I checked in with my dogs, they gave them each a little doggy swag bag with a tennis ball and dog treats in it first hotel that has ever done this for me.I will definitely be back there again.

The beds were not overly comfortable. They need new mattresses . The water pressure was horrible. Made showering feel as if in a light rain. Took forever to rinse off.

Staff were great. Breakfast was okay but not great. Room was quiet. Black-out blinds were helpful as the street lights were very bright. Negatives (minor) but there were holes in the room carpet, placement of the bathroom sink faucet was bad (water splashed all over the counter) and the inside shower curtain was far too long.

1 little issue, Coffee was barely warm I+ was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room. + The use of black out curtains were great. I have to have pitch black room when sleeping.

Went down for breakfast it was 8:30 am hardly any food left. Went to get coffee there was none of that either. Had to go get breakfast elsewhere. Also, maidservice came in to clean room picked up towels never gave new ones. Picked up bath matt never replaced it. The bed didnt get made either. What is the point of maidservice when nothing was done. The hotel is nice for the most part. The only thing i can say if you want breakfast be there at 7am or you will get nothing also if your looking for your room to be cleaned during your stay good luck.

Overnight for concert at the Rose

Hotel in location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was nice. Close to Rose Music hall, which is why we chose. Free breakfast was about as basic as you could get, but was ok. Roosters restaurant across the street was packed. Solid food and GREAT PRICES. We ate dinner ther and paid what we normally pay for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if going back to the Rose, which was a fantastic place to see a concert!
