The bathroom shower was horrible! Took me 10 minutes to get the shower to actually work then the shower head barely had any water coming from out of it. Thank god I had my own soap they only had shampoo and conditioner in the shower and then lotion at the sink! The bed had some weird type of bottom to where whenever you moved it sounded like you was breaking something metal. Then to make it all worse a random man was knocking on my room door at 7:30am calling out for someone name chris.

Nice spacious clean room!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the room was nice and big! The staff was friendly and we had a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Room 208 Soaking Wet Carpet and Horrid Smell

I checked in late on August 16, 2025. Upon entering the room, the smell of mold and mildew was palpable (room 208). We went to the front desk to request a room change. She advised us there were no other rooms available at all. We went back to the room to attempt to “air it out”. We removed our shoes and discovered the culprit. The entire carpet was SOAKING wet. We went back to the front desk to state we couldn’t stay in a room with a soaked carpet and a rancid smell. We requested a refund. We were told that’s not possible. We asked to speak to the manager (named Shane). He was not present nor available. I called several times the next day. The front desk never answered the phone. You do NOT want to risk your money nor comfort by staying in this hotel.

Breakfast was good, clean area. Room was terrible. Smelled moldy, damp. Sheets were old( thin, balled up material) floor was sticky/dirty, toilet leaked water everytime we flushed. Bed was sagged in middle. We will try a different hotel next time

Really nice staff, but several issues. Lights not working in room. One light didn’t work at all, the other blinked like a strobe light when turned on. Call front desk 2-3 times never replaced. Key cards literally had to be reprogrammed every time we went out. But it was definitely clean with very courteous staff. Just needs some updates and more to really get a good rating. Sorry, but I want to give an honest review. 😞

we stayed twice in this hotel over a one week period. I room and the breakfast were ok BUT the floors were filthy on both occasions. After walking around the room barefoot, the shower floor was dirty from residue transferred from the floor. We did have the floor mopped one day and it was better. At lease some of the dirt had to come off the carpet. This morning one of the bath towels delivered yesterday was dirty as was the floor matt. This is by far the dirtiest hotel/motel in which I've ever stayed. We weren't expecting the Ritz but were expecting aclean room.
