The site says the hotel is pet friendly. I was bringing my four month old puppy for eye surgery @ the animal eye institute. We came from Toledo, Ohio. I booked through the choice hotel site and I picked a king bed suit with a jetted tub. I specifically picked this hotel because of the jetted tub and it being pet friendly. When we arrived I was VERY DISSAPOINTED We were told due to us having our puppy with us we could not have the suite with the jetted tub. Pets were not allowed in them rooms. It did not say this on the site. I picked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly and the jetted tub. Highly disappointed that i did not get the room I chose when I booked. I payed just as much for the regular king size as I would have the one with the jetted tub. Due to us not getting here until 10 pm and having to be up at 6 am we didn’t have much choice but to take the room. Not a happy choice hotels customer!

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not made. Asked for bedding and pillows. The AC worked okay. Had to have it on 60 to. Feel like 70. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a very limited selection and the ice machine didn’t work.

Booked room last minute, while worker at the desk was nice, i got to my room to and noticed how dirty it seemed. stains on the sheets and curtains. Bed seemed comfortable, and worked in a pinch but would not recommend staying unless absolutely necessary
