The place was run down and tired, the sheets were stained, furniture was beat up, shower was dirty and busted up. No visible pride of ownership

let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times.. it was never this bad.

Cleanliness, friendliness, parking, breakfast, location

The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable. The hotel is easy to get to off the interstate. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations and shopping nearby. Your staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfasts were pretty good. Very good stay.

Overall it was okay. I would go back just for the location to the boat ramp. No breakfast, bar had no A/C while we where there.

The breakfast was alright. No fresh fruit was available. They didn’t monitor the coffee containers. Both were empty when I got there. Had to ask them to make more coffee. They had to move us 2 times due to problems with our rooms. Finally got us a room that we could actually use. Also the yard and landscaping hadn’t been done in a very long time. Weeds were 3 feet tall. The place looked abandoned!

Very nice place to stay.

Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.
