Was not aware of waterpark not included with booking Timeshare took up the whole morning Gulf course closed at diff time than advertised. Not enough towels in room Hair all over sinks and sheets Asked for comforter for pull out bed, they brought SHEETS. Water slides closed after a long time at timeshare presentation. Water park closed upon arrival on Saturday While trying to work, a dog next door was constantly barking. Unable to work. Was unable to use parking pass at river terrace.

This was our second time staying at this location. It has an older design and isn't the most modern property but it is well kept. The location is close enough to all the attractions but far enough to be nice and quiet.

Breakfast was great, the staff was super nice and rhe beds were comfortable

We had a great time… spotted a couple bears but no trouble!!! Didn’t have enough trash bags or toilet paper for more than one day and we stayed a week so prepare fr that stove was crazy knobs didn’t match heat settings

Feces on bathroom wall and i had to repair the toilet handle myself. Everything felt sticky. This motel had the worse carpet i have ever seen. The carpet was worse than casino carpet and was dirty. Housekeeping came in and made one bed and left the other one messed up. I will never stay at this place again.
