Suggestions… Glad we got a King Bed. I would recommend new mattresses and a 4 inch topper for a plushy and better night sleep. Size of room was small and very basic. I slept fair. If this gets improved, I would stay here every weekend we visit the family. Liked having an actual shower (no tub) and shampoo and conditioner available in large squeeze pumps. Great for my long hair. Would have liked to see an exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove moisture. The hairdryer did not work in outlets I tried in the room except the bathroom. Enjoyed the indoor pool and gym. Liked the Peloton bike, Precor elliptical, treadmill and weights for use. Gym music very good. All were fine machines. Billiards table good also. Lounge area very pleasant. Breakfast was a variety. Pancakes were good. I am used to eggs with cheese at home and that would have been nice. I enjoyed the yogurt made from dairy cows in the area. Would like to see strawberries and grapes with yogurt and breakfast biscuits BEC from McDonalds available. The clock was not working in the gym and the soap pump was also not working in the bathroom beside the gym. The elevator and air conditioning were excellent. Staff got us extra towels right away. Fabulous help! Would like a lit up blue Tru sign posted at the street leading to the parking area. We passed it up a few times driving by. Suited my needs for visiting family in the area. Will stay again when these suggestions are improved.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. The room was cleanish. Lots of dirt in the corners and in the corners of the ceiling. A few black specs in the bed that kind of freaked me out but it was determined it was just dirt.

I stayed in room 518 which was next to the freeway and I heard loud freeway traffic all night long. I love the vibe of the hotel. It’s a really neat place. The bed was comfy. I just had the wrong room.

Ample accommodations

Very clean but toilet rocked. Needed to be tightened down. I’ve is only on every other floor. Would’ve liked being given that info at check in. Check in and out I signed up for said 3pm and noon. After arriving, it was 4pm and 11am.
