Room door would not stay locked, the carpet was making it so the door wouldnt shut all the way. Had to get a 2nd pair of card keys, and peep hole was covered with tape, i do not know why. There was crack in the floor where the refrigerator stayed. The bathroom shower head was dirty and faucet leaked. The little closet where you can hang your clothes had an opening in the bottom, to what looked like the water pipes. Im not completely sure. The best thing was how the front desk clerk was, she was so sweet!

I do not know this establishment has "Good" review rating. I've stayed at many La Quintas in the past and this one is not at all up to the standards I've experienced at others. I would have left immediately had the booking not been non-refundable As soon as we walked in it was clear this place is in need of major repairs. There's water damage and large holes on the ceilings in the shared areas. The halls smelled musty and the carpets had large stains all over. The room was ok, not great but clean enough. The rest of the hotel and its poor level of upkeep and cleanliness gave me the creep crawlies and made sleeping here rough. Unfortunately, in the morning I found all the towels were heavily stained. They smelled clean but the large stains all over them disgusted us. We decided to forgo showering, check out and continue on our travels. The included breakfast didn't appear bad, but there was barely anything there when we checked at 7:15AM nearly two hours before it ends. There was no hurry to refill it either as we watched the woman taking care of it check the food and then proceed to sit at the front desk and play on her phone. On top of this I was double charged. I prepaid in full on hotels.com, then my card was charged again by the hotel during online check in. I assumed it was an incidental hold but it finalized. I tried to get a refund from the hotel itself as this was their mistake, but they were unwilling. Hotels.com took care of the refund for me in the end.

Staff was great my daughter and I got in a little late around 2 AM so we were late getting up for breakfast. I made it down there around 8:45 and didn’t realize they closed at nine AM. Jermeriah was was working the breakfast and also check out by herself and she offered to make extra food if we needed it.

no breakfast

breakfast was from 6-9. I went down at 8...there were no eggs, sausage or potatoes left, no coffee., no hot water for tea or oatmeal. The manager or person in charge couldn't care less and made no attempt to refill anything. I had cereal. At least 10 other people entered the breakfast area after me to the same result. Will not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and kind and I always felt safe at the hotel. My two issues were the sheets and towels were stained, I believe from clorox. Also, the pool did not seem to have a filter running so it did not appear clean.

For it to be a very short of a notice stay, the staff was incredibly nice as well as the room was so clean bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Will definitely go again.

After driving 10+ hours checked in late (10 pm) Saturday 8-23-25 room 225 sheets were stained. Towels stained, calking around sink was terrible. Felt dirty smelled musty. Went down for breakfast at 8 am, no eggs, waffle mix & syrup was very low, coffee not marked regular or decalf, went back to room at 9:15 am, after a light knock on door maid used key to open door. My spouse was in the shower asked her to come back in 30 minutes. Not a pleasant experience.

Room was nasty the tub had dirt in it. The light covers were covered in brown stuff. Front desk clerk from over night the same one that checked us in tried coming in the room at 5am because she said that someone made keys to our room mind she was the one to check us in. Over all not a good stay
