Staff, location, and overall aesthetic of the hotel is solid and made for a great stay. My room was clean enough… the floors were dusty but the staff did address. Note this is an older refurbished building with its original wood floors and the floors did creek at night and the air conditioner was a little louder than preferred. Nonetheless, the hotel has character, it’s a unique artsy feel, great staff and a award winning restaurant downstairs. I would go back.

The location is great - everything feels walkable- and the front desk staff is amazing. Walls are thin and you hear every noise inside and out, so this a great option if you are one of the revelers, but not if you’re going to bed before 2 am. The room desperately needs a deep cleaning (the bathroom walls had what looked like excrement splattered around the toilet, among other cleaning issues), and we met a friendly little roach in the room on day 2. Pool area is nice, but had only 4 sun loungers. Security in the hotel isn’t great - room has no secondary lock to the inside and the gate to access the property is open all day and mostly closed at night.

Great hotel so close to the trolley and to Frenchman Street. Love to cool off in the pool each day.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Will definitely return I highly recommend i

The apartment is well located on Canal Street with walking distance to French Quarter. It is a nice apartment and quiet and once the very loud air conditioning unit is seen to, highly recommended!

Beautiful room!!! Greatest location and just a perfect place!!
