The bar didn't open until 5 p.m. Then, at 5 p.m. no one showed up, the place was totally dark, nothing was set up, arranged, no ice in the bin, and no one seemed to care. We (and our two friends who drove in to spend time with us) left and walked across the street to the Sheraton where their bar was lively and the service was great. Even if someone had shown up at 5 at the Whyndam it would have taken 15-20 minutes to get ready to serve. We had basketball tickets for an OKC Thunder game and we only had one hour before we needed to leave for the game. The bar AT LEAST should be ready at 5 p.m. to serve guests.

The apartment smelled like wet dog and we were there for a wedding so our clothes smelled too. They did communicate with me but only brought air fresheners as a fix.

Great location, staff, and amenities! Definitely will be back

Perfect location for easy access to the Paycom Center for the concert we were there to see. Also across from Scissortail Park, and close to Myriad Gardens and Brick-town. The hotel was clean, modern, and smelled great too (like it had a signature scent). The restaurants were clean and waitstaff helpful. If you join their reward program you get to choose a free complementary beverage from one of the restaurants and free WiFi for your stay. This will definitely be our go to hotel when staying in the city.

It was a great place to stay it was the second time I have stayed there and I will be back

Flew in from Denver and checked into the Douillet expecting a comfortable night's sleep. Instead, I apparently booked a front-row seat to a cockroach convention. Shortly after getting settled, I spotted a cockroach on the floor. Annoying, sure, but one bug doesn't always mean disaster. I decided to deal with it in the morning. Then, around 2:00 AM, the hotel upgraded my experience. I woke up to a cockroach crawling across my face. At that point, sleep was over. I drove two and a half hours to get my boyfriend because sharing a room with an active roach population that does facials wasn't part of the travel itinerary. When we came back, we noticed cockroach traps placed around the room. So this clearly wasn't a new issue. The hotel already knew there was a problem and chose to keep renting the room anyway. Most hotels offer amenities like free breakfast or Wi-Fi, the Douillet apparently offers a little more like interactive pest encounters. Needless to say, we won't be returning. If bugs crawling on my face while I sleep is the experience I'm after, camping is cheaper.
