Is comfortable clean and quiet. Is showing its age and could use upgrades, minor repairs and replacements. Toilets are old and low , would love to see them replaced with new taller units.

Somehow, in the two or three weeks since we last stayed at this property, things have deteriorated. On check in we were told that the elevator doesn’t work. I also saw where the downstairs restrooms near the lobby didn’t work either. Plus the lock to our hotel door was malfunctioning so it took a bit to get the card to accept it. We ended up going back down and getting a new card. None of these by themselves are major issues, but put together it seems to indicate some sort of maintenance neglect. I hope planes can improve because everyone on staff is quite nice… The property is older but well kept up for the most part.
