great location, somewhat outdated hotel and room. Clean and quiet

Property was well situated where the activities were being coordinated but surprisingly private and quiet. Staff were all accommodating and service oriented. TV in the living room may need to be situated lower in the center of the room.

I recommend this Hotel 8/10 only because getting there is very challenging, after you take an hour flight from Manila, you have to take a Taxi, than a boat ride, than another taxi! Once getting there it is wonderful, own little private beach and amazing staff.

Convenient location, inside the D'Mall. Wonderful staff, everyone was nice and courteous. Theres a pool at the rooftop, a gym and free breakfast.

Iloilo’s newest hotel! Friendly staff; customer focused. Fortunate to be among the hotel’s 1st guests in their grand opening. Very comfortable and clean room. Hot shower with good water pressure.

The unobtrusive beach view from our room is the best, it really is a million dollar sight. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. We are on the 4th floor, no elevator, otherwise, we had a great stay.
