Our room was great. Front desk staff was helpful when there was someone there. Went to check in and office was closed. Had to wait an hour for someone to show up. Then when we went to check out we had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. Was not impressed with the management of the property. Location was great for what our travel plans were.

There was a pile of black fur in the room. Somebody forgot to sweep. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was the best we've had on our trip. They have a chef who prepared breakfast perfectly. Theirs was the best oatmeal I've ever had. The. Rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

What a great hotel!! It's a throwback to old roadside motels but modernized. Excellent service - the hosts text you and will help with anything you need. Little kitchenette with pour over coffee provided and clean room and bathroom. Only issue is a small parking lot with narrow parking spaces, but overall an excellent place to explore Durango. They're right on the shuttle/trolley line with free rides to downtown. Highly recommend!

Bathroom sink was clogged, staff was rude, they ran out of complementary breakfast on our last day of stay. Creamer is room was of poor quality. Bed was not made even when requested. Hand soap was split in to two pieces. See pic’s attached.

Overall it was a stay it's right next to Durango Silverton train tht is is a big plus
