Room was clean but maintenance was lacking in a big way ! The receptionist was so nice when we checked in 💕 We were given a room right by the elevator… hotel was not full .. decision like that make no sense to me . Yes we booked by a third party but if you ever want me to call you directly… wow me the first time !!! Windows were very dirty with bird poop … carpet in the hallways needed a good cleaning desperately!!! Sorry to say , not worth the price we paid and would not recommend.

Quiet

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

The hotel is an older property, so it’s definitely not a high-end or five-star kind of place. The cleanliness was acceptable overall, although we did notice a little dust in a few areas and there was some unpleasant smell at times. That said, for the price we paid, everything was reasonably maintained. The amenities provided were also good, and overall the stay was comfortable enough. However, we had an unfortunate experience during breakfast. The breakfast area was somewhat crowded, and the food was not being replenished promptly. We were waiting for muffins to be refilled, and when one of the guests politely asked the staff member about it, the situation escalated into an argument. The staff member became visibly upset, and eventually there was an exchange of inappropriate words between the staff and the guests in front of everyone in the breakfast hall. For us, this was quite uncomfortable to witness and left a negative impression. We understand that busy situations can be stressful, but we felt that the matter could have been handled much more professionally and calmly. Overall, the hotel is reasonable for a budget stay, and the amenities were good for the price. However, better attentiveness during breakfast and more professional handling of guest concerns would definitely improve the experience.
