We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

If booking with Expedia, read your emails, it will definitely help the check in process. No staff or front desk. Once I read email, everything was perfect. Great spot, I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here in the one bedroom with loft. The rooms are comfortable and the view from our balcony was great! Our mattress was rather soft for our liking but that is our only minor complaint. The pool and hot tubs are fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, staff are superb and very helpful

A nice clean room in a quiet area of Fernie. The room is very big. Amenities are somewhat limited but if you’re looking for a clean quiet comfortable room this is a good one. Rooms are not cleaned daily.

The air quality with the ac/heater on was not good. Had to leave balcony door open, but the road noise was awful. Upon arrival something was in the air just inside the entrance causing me and several others to start coughing. Fire department was called to deem it safe.
