We had a fantastic stay. A lovely location, warm and attentive hosts and superb breakfast options. Continental or cooked breakfast, and home baked muffins if you fancy. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant property in a lovely part of the country. Quiet rural location, ideal if you want to get away from the city. Room lovely and wide choice for breakfast. Friendly hosts make for a pleasant stay.

A wonderful place to stay

My wife and I came to stay for a few days whilst working on my mum's house nearby. We brought our dog with us so we stayed in the cottage. It was perfect! Such a beautiful, quaint space with super friendly hosts. Chris & Nicki are so lovely, welcoming and adaptable. They provided us with tasty, wholesome breakfasts each morning (including freshly baked muffins). We would definitely recommend staying at Lower House B&B to friends and family.

Excellent hosts, beautiful house

We needed a place to stay while visiting family and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or more welcoming hosts! Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! Thank you Chris and Nikki

A place in the country.....

We very much enjoyed our visit to Lower House, which was comfortable with well-appointed rooms presented thoughtfully. Chris and Nicki Edwards are welcoming and efficient hosts in all aspects of our stay. Lower House is a quiet spot but not too remote.

Prachtig en knus huisje (stable cottage) voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief een koelkastje. Voor de derde persoon was er een slaapbank beschikbaar. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de eigenaren zijn ontzettend gastvrij, vriendelijk, geïnteresseerd en meedenkend over mogelijke plaatsen om te bezoeken in de buurt.
