I thought booking out far from the lake would be quiet and relaxing but apparently the road that is 10 meters from the hotel is a race track for Saturday night motorcycles and rally cars. It was like sleeping next to an airport. I went out in the balcony to see the action and the ash tray was full of cigarette butts.

torture rack

The location is stunning with views of the mountans and the staff are very pleasant, however that is as far as the good comments go. The beds were like a torture racks and the lack of hot water made it impossible to have a shower. The hotel is in need of some major TLC and as this is the only restaraunt for miles you are not spoilt for choice. There was a fishing party there on the last two nights of our stay so we were woken at 0400 not that you could sleep much on the sleeping torture devices. My recomendation is sample the wine alot before going to bed.

terrible beds

The views are stunning, staff are very helpfull but thats the good bits. The beds are like a torture rack, no hot water and you are in the only restraunt for five miles so take a car. The hotel is in need of major TLC. we had a large walkIin fridge below our room that hummed all night, this has a fibreglass roofthat flaps Iin the breeze making a nice loud bang every so often. The sockets in our room were hanging out of the wall and the shower was cold even though I had run it for half an hour on full heat testing it every 2 mins. Not a good experience and would not go again.

L'établissement très bien personnel sympa juste un bémol si vous vous levez trop tard plus grand chose au petit déjeuner parcontre le restaurant au top copieux et les prix très abordables. Je recommande cette hôtel si vous voulez visiter le lac de Côme du côté de varenna 25 minutes en voiture

Molto piacevole

Personale davvero disponibile e cortese. Camera molto carina come il resto dell'hotel. Siamo stati solo una notte. Abbiamo anche provatomil ristorante e ci è piaciuto molto. Unoca cosa i materassi poco comodi. Per il resto nulla da dire.
