The staff was amazing. The two ladies who checked me in were so nice and kind. Tim offered me coffee and a piece of fruit or bagel as I was leaving - while he was setting up breakfast! New hotel, spotless, comfy bed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice clean hotel room. They have a bit of an awkward lobby with it being tight corridors. Our room had a terrible noise all night that kept us from getting to sleep and we had to change rooms at 3:30 am. The staff was helpful getting us a new room and gave us vouchers for the restaurant for the trouble. Everything was clean and the furnishings were nice but unfortunately we did not get much sleep due to the noise.

Property was new or renovated. Very nice.

It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! The hotel was definitely the highlight to our stay in Roanoke. My kids loved the refreshments. The hotel was beautiful, the bed & furniture were amazing and so comfortable. We did not have bedding the first night we were there for the pullout, not that my teenager cared, but we found someone doing housekeeping the following day and he was so nice and got it immediately.

Hope to be back! Such a convenient location!

We stayed in the Richmond cabins, very clean, bed was very comfortable, washroom had soaps and shampoos available, room was equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, microwave, and mini-fridge. We were there to celebrate Dirty Dancing and this hotel did not.dissppoint. As a fan, it was perfect.
