Breakfast Area

There was hot food out and was 15/20 later before more was out! The waffle area was very messy, I think the server should keep a better eye on it and wipe it down more often. Also for diabetics you should have a sugar free option for the syrup, I have had that at other hotels that I have stayed at.

Staff reported the coffee makers have been removed from rooms due to vandalism. There is a safe in the room. Interestingly, the Wingate hotel in Erlanger/Florence still has coffee makers but no safe. Is it an area crime issue or management?

Clean & Comfortable

Clean comfortable room. Check in was a breeze. Older hotel has been renovated and a decent job was done. The bathroom has flooring planks that were not firmly attached. Otherwise, comfy bed & pillows. Priced a bit high IMO for the age of the hotel.

Weekend Get-a-way Perfect

We stayed for a little family weekend get a way. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff especially the front desk was great, really friendly. The breakfast could use a little work, bagels were hard and cereal tasted stale. But I wouldn’t let that stop you from staying at this hotel. The overall experience far outweighed the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
