I travel for work every month, and I can honestly say this was the worst experience of my life. The room was absolutely disgusting — the sheets were dirty when we arrived, and the towels were folded but looked brown instead of white. The entire room was filthy and smelled awful. We spoke with the manager to request a room change, but the new room was even worse, so we returned the key and didn’t stay the night. The manager showed no concern for our complaints and simply stated that it was non-refundable. This was completely disrespectful. If you’re considering this place, think twice — you’ll waste your money and have a terrible experience.

well, let’s just start by saying we booked this property more than 24 hours in advance using Expedia. Late flight at about 12:30 AM as I am attempting to check in the man in front of me at the counter, asks for new sheets and let them know that his room is dirty and there is pubic hair and candy over the current sheets that were laid out in the room. Not a very good start after he leaves there is a sign at the counter, saying that they will have no room cleaning service over the entire weekend due to staffing. OK, not a problem. I need this as a place to crash for one night while I’m attempting to check in they ask me if I actually need the room that I booked, which was a two queen bedroom. I replied yes because I have four people myself, my husband and two elementary school aged children. They then proceed to let me know that they have overbooked themselves and they can give me a king room. I again let them know. I have four people so that does not work. I need a sleeping accommodations as it is now almost 1 o’clock in the morning for four people. I asked if they would be able to give me two king rooms at the same price seeing as this was an issue with them and if my husband and I each had to split up and take one child in the room, at least that would be doable. They were not able to accommodate this. Ultimately it was on me to contact Expedia to attempt to get my money back for their mess up. Just oh sorry. No help finding another place to stay. Stranded with 2 small kids.

It was a last minute decision to go to Cincinnati for the Jazz Festival. Not much to choose from we got what we paid for didn’t feel real safe. Police scouring the area didn’t know what was going on.

Staff was rude, why can't they even speak English? Door was not secure(gap at door + broken deadbolt) No refrigerator in 1 room. No breakfast available. Staff staring in rooms before even checking out. No privacy. Bedsheets clearly weren't changed. 1 had a massive stain(looked like pee) and 1 had lots of dirty paw prints from dogs

Property area was really run down, we didn’t get in till late, upon arriving we got to our room with a fully broken window held together with clear tape. Elevator was broken which I’m glad I didn’t use as there was human feces spread down the bottom elevator door. Overall, pretty run down and sketch.

Seen roaches on the ground during checkout. It was a night checkout so granted they were outside the building, but they were still along the walls. The room itself seemed OK but the bed was definitely lumpy and springy. My first room had no air conditioner. Air conditioner just did not work or turn on. The staff was great to switch me rooms. However, the remote for the TV barely worked and made it impossible to actually change channels. Great hotel for the value if you’re just looking for something Quick and cheap. Embarrassing if you plan to bring a date or a family event. Three stars.

Roaches, faulty smoke alarms. We needed a room to sleep after a 14 hour drive, and at 2am, another room's smoke alarm went off and was still going off when we left at 7am. Also, roaches. Gross. Won't stay again.

STAY AWAY!!!

It's a total hole!!! By far one of the worst places that I've ever stayed at. You know those seedy hotels in movies where there's lots of shady stuff going on, that's the feel of this place. Not to mention the host of characters to go along with it. The grounds are in shambles with broken, deteriorating concrete, rusted out stairs, littered with cigarette butts, EVERYWHERE! Saw several rooms with broken front windows that were shipping taped back together. And the help, fuggetta about it! The room was so dirty that my dogs paws turned black, from the floors! Everything is old and worn out. We tried to back oput of our 5-day stay once we saw the place but unfortunately could not. We ended up leaving a day early as we couldn't take it anymore! Hotels.com should be ashamed to even list this place!

If you have any standard when it comes to cleanliness this is not the place. They wouldn’t refund me but switched rooms the room was still disgusting. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies to bare the thought of staying here.
