Just ok

Check in was easy. I had booked to rooms and had asked if they could be next to each other, but answer was no as we had a late checkin. We requested rooms with city view, but the windows were not clean so the view could only be enjoyed out on the balcony. The bathroom smelled musty when we turned on the water, and the toiletpaper holder was literally coming out of the wall. The hotel desperately needs repairs and updating

The mouse traps outside the front door should have been our first indication, and there were mouse boxes every 20 feet around the building.Only one working elevator that only accommodated about 10 people. there were 2 buses both days in a row where the whole hobby was flooded and only 8 or 10 people could get on the elevator at a time seemed unsafe as fire as fire hazard. Our toilet Wouldn't flush the 1st day.However, someone did come and fix it.We had no phone to call the front desk and every number.I called went directly to the national reservation line. could not get to the front desk.Had to go down the service elevator to even get down to the main lobby and we were on the seventeenth floor . Service elevator dirty as was the main floor area in service area. Overall run down in unkept part of town. Will definitly not stay there again. Had friends with us and embarrassed I had booked there.

The carpet smelled bad and workmanship was subpar…also the employees couldn’t print ii voice and still I don’t have a final bill paid after checking out digitally. Also employee gave us bad directions that put us in a bad area…all around bed was comfortable but carpet needs to be replaced.

There was no water! The elevators didn't work. I'm 80 years old and had to walk down 12 flights of stairs. The front desk never answered when I called for help. Don't make a reservation here!

Bad condition

Hotel is not being taken care of. Only one of three elevators working, the inside of the hotel is too warm (ac not running), carpets are beyond dirty. Steak restaurant was closed for the day. Water in the shower was not flowing.

So to start off the staff were all great very kind and attentive seemed overwhelmed a little with how busy it was and seemed a little understaffed but thats understandable ! I was a bit concerned with how little they had to offer at the actual hotel as in snacks and neccessities that are normally sold at hotels like if you forget something normally places have travel size stuff to buy at the front desk like toothpaste or tampons ect but they had none of that. So for people booking make sure you bring everything shampoo conditioner body wash all that because they supply small little bottles but thats it. Also the bathtub felt like it was going to cave in the middle was dipped in a lot and the room with two queens is extremely small and the view is not river front at all in the description it said it would be but its not. i thought it was going to be way bigger for 400 for two nights it was not worth it. The pool was also not very clean to be honest very cloudy water and i thought maybe the next day it would look a bit better but even next day didnt look like it was shocked or anything over night. I thought it would have more wondows too and be more open to the outside area but it def was not. Oh well tho the kids still loved the pool. Me on the other hand did not! I liked the hotel still but not what i was expecting i guess i knew it was an older hotel but it def needs some TLC!

STEER CLEAR FROM THE RADISSON

Our stay was AWFUL! I will be writing reviews on this place on all platforms so guests can be warned! Upon arrival we were greeted with (after they charged me mind you) "your room may or may not have water" . . . um ok? Our room did not have water for part of our first nights stay. When we did get water- it was brown. yes.. brown. The room was GROSS. smelled musty. Carpets had what looked like blood stains I know for a fact they did not vacuum it was gross..I did not take my shoes off until I went to bed. Not kidding. No outlets but 1 worked. We booked our room because it was advertised as riverfront - it wasn't. More like freeway front. Not even river view. The bedding was not clean - had hairs all over our sheets/blankets. No furniture was wiped down. Cob webs in every corner. Toilet barely flushed. Had to nearly break the handle to flush it. Begged to check out early, and be refunded for 2/3 of our days after all this. Was not even a option. By the way this was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Very unfortunate after all the above they would NOT even consider refunding me. Contacting corporate, and then my bank next if corporate doesn't make it right. I wouldn't house my animals at this place it's that bad.
