Room was spacious and clean but breakfast options were atrocious. The only decent option was a waffle maker but there was no mix left and no one there to get anymore. Breakfast area was dirty and the coffee was burnt and undrinkable. Only a few small muffins left. If the review was only about the room it would be higher, but staff and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Cancelled my reservation and never told me. I arrived to the city with no room and sold out everywhere. Multiple people in the lobby complaining about dirty rooms and overbooked 31 people. no A/C smh. terrible experience

I made a reservation a week in advance, let me add I’m 4 hours away, just for them to call me the night before I was leaving to tell me that they were sorry they gave my room away and that they were completely booked .

i stayed here for a concert in cincinatti and while everything turned out to be fine, the room was gross. it had a super weird smell to it that was overwhelming the second you opened the door and i saw multiple bugs throughout my two nights here. it was located in a seemingly sketchy area too or at least sketchy people like to hang around this hotel. i got hit on by multiple men just walking to and from my room and didn't even feel safe going to check out the free breakfast or walking to my car at night. also there is SOOOO much traffic trying to get to and from the city. totally not the hotels fault but after my experience here as a solo female traveler just wanting a place to feel safe plus all the traffic i definitely learned my lesson and will be booking a hotel in actual cincinatti if i ever go back

The women up front have been awesome I came here almost crying cause I lost everything I worked for for just about my whole life raised kids wasn't mine but fead them like they was and I was put out with nothing and these women here made me feel not worthless

Parking area was well lit and seemed safe to me room and whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke light fixtures and sprinklers were broken no remote for tv in let shower run for 15 minutes water never got hot i was in room 208 but it was convienient but what should i expect for 60 bucks a night i will never ever patronize this establishment again

When I booked my stay, I made the mistake of entering the WRONG of Sept. 12-13 overnight. I had to REBOOK the sale for the 6th-7th, and LOST under $80 for my mistake, never was reimbursed to my account. I submitted my review after my stay for the 6-7 & gave it an OK rating.

Service was not bad but the rooms have roaches. I guess thats what you get with the cheaper hotels.
