the pictures on the website are not what we saw. Rooms are outdated. not enough lighting. water in kitchen didn't work. no coffee pot. breakfast was not inviting, coffee was horrible. Employees were very kind.

When I checked in the staff was subpar at most which is ok. However, the room and other parts of the hotel was utterly disgusting. When I checked into my room, I noticed the floor was filthy. I saw pet hair and other dirt everywhere. In the corners, dust was piled up. The towels were dirty and stained. There were died bugs in the bathroom floor. The bathtub had mildew or mold in the corners. The bed comforter has cigarette burns on it and this was supposed to be a smoke free room. The comforter was also stained. I stayed for 2 nights. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. I asked the front desk if they cleaned the rooms during stays and he said yes. I informed him that may room was not cleaned. He then informed me that housekeeping does not clean on Saturdays which is ridiculous and guests should be informed of such ridiculous rules beforehand. The stairwell was dirty and so was the stairs. I did not bother trying the continental breakfast because if the other areas of the hotel are filthy then I question their safe food practices. The entire stay was so uncomfortable. I will never return to this location.

Beware .. do not book a stay here

Milk was in the refrigerator, dog hair on the floor in a ball, black on white sheets and pillows, bath mat looked dirty, toilet paper roll was empty and a piece of the toilet paper was left in the corner by the commode. The air conditioner unit looked as though hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. The night stand and desk hadn’t been wiped clean. The TV is black and was very dusty. No elevator. Very dirty and broken tiles in the only stairwell to get to rooms. Required a $100 hold when I arrived. Upon checkout, when I asked for the deposit to go back on my card immediately, told me it would be 5 business days. I was unsure, only being a hold as to why it had to go back through my bank to be released.

The lobby and hotel bathroom was very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The first room smelled like cat urine so badly we could hardly walk into it. The second room smelled like stale cigarettes but tolerable, could have definitely used better housekeeping. Again, thankfully the staff was accommodating but we will not be back.

Property has obviously had better days There was blood on the sheets on the bed, dirty and worn carpet, things hanging off walls paint chips, toilet loose and loud, constant water running, smoke detector flashes continuously interrupting sleep

Stay was ok lobby smells super clean when you walk in but then you notice parts of the lobby is unfinished workout area looked closed had to take pictures of damage in room and report it back to front desk hair on the shower walls and in jacuzzi tub floors dirty stains on bedding but other then that not a bad stay
