Our room was not cleaned, beds were 't made. That was ok as they loved us to a new room. The new room was dirty, beds looked made but sheets were dirty bathroom had not been cleaned, no soap.

Lovely, comfortable and clean room! Staff upon check-in (8pm) was helpful and friendly.

Expedia does not show the resort fee on the page that purports to show the total with all taxes and fees. A major flaw. The hotel itself was perfectly acceptable. Very little staff interaction, but just fine. Breakfast was quite good. Scrambled eggs over cooked but most hotels do that. The bacon was better than I buy for home. The grounds provided space for short walks in an otherwise built-up area. Would stay here again so long as it remains the least expensive area alternative.

Clean room and general areas. Staff was so nice and helpful. Good breakfast.

Terrible, worst stay ever . It was such a hassle to get in no clear instructions… never again
