Omaha quick stay

We booked this room when two other hotels fell through that claimed they offered shuttle service to the airport. They receptionist confirmed they did have a shuttle. We landed after midnight. The driver was also the receptionist. She was quick to respond to our call for the shuttle. Check in went smooth adnwe were in our room in no time. It is an older hotel, but well maintained and clean.

Never again

There was only one person at the front desk and he seemed very overwhelmed. Had three calls within a couple of minutes of each other no one else was there to help him. My accessible room did not have bars in the bathtub and the tub was way too high and the tub was very slippery,For being a handicap bathroom. there was no soap to use in the bathtub. Both containers were empty. Just one little bottle of soap for two nights. It looked like the floor was not vacuumed. There was crumbs all over the floor. The mattress was very saggy. The bathtub was dirty for breakfast. There was no coffee cups and very little Food was there on both days . I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. The list was there was no closet to hang anything. How can you stay at a hotel that does not have a closet. Very disappointed in this hotel. Also the people next to us were smoking marijuana and it’s went through our room. Only one elevator worked so we had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to get into an elevator. . When we checked out this morning there was only one receptionist and he was taking people to the airport and people were standing there waiting for him to come back. Why is there not more help?

This property has been allowed to be run down, one of the elevators was broken, our sink was clogged the coffee maker and refrigerator in the room was broken and the room was half painted. There were holes in the walls where they were doing electrical work just left open, no shampoo or conditioner or soap and the towels were bare thread. Luckily there was a nice house keeper who brought some small shampoo bottles and soap and pool towels as they were out of room towels. For a Wyndham LaQuinta property this was extremely disappointing.

I lost all the food in my refrigerator. When you shut the hall light off in my room, it also shutboff my refrigerator and television. I had to reset my TV every morning. I stayed there for 5 days.

A disappointing stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

We have stayed in other LaQuinta Inns & Suites in other parts of the U.S. and never had a bad experience until we checked in at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Omaha Airport Downtown. During our three-day stay, our room was never serviced. Here is a list of what we observed during our stay: 1. Rust on the bathroom tub 2. Our towels and bedsheets were never changed 3. Our room was never cleaned 4. The trash was never emptied
