Mattress seemed old and soft, dresser drawyer wouldn't stay closed and rolled open, sink stopper was disconnect and wouldn't open. I had to pull it out manually

This is the most disgusting property we’ve ever encountered! The entire hotel reeks of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana. When we entered our room we discovered there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Several crawling on the tv stand and cockroaches all over the floor by the jacuzzi tub. This place needs to be condemned!! The employees moved us to a different room with the same exact issues. We decided to leave and get a room at a hotel down the street. The staff show absolutely ZERO concern and didn’t tell us if we’d get a refund or not. If they don’t refund us we’ll be complaining to the BBB.

Perfect for my needs

The entrance of hotel was under construction, but the lovely clerk that checked me in made everything aok. She was so personal and was able to multitask without making u feel put off. Sorry i did not get her name

My first room, the tv would not work at all. They gave me a card key for a second room, but its card reader was dead. Then they gave me yet another key card for a third room, and that v worked but the dead bolt would not. They have done a lot of repairs around the place, but it’s not ready for prime time! Oh, and the second room had a phone but it was not connected to anything! Breakfast today was supposed to be open at 6 am, but the lights weren’t even on let alone any food ready. The place looks good on the outside, but this will be my first and last visit here.

Horrible place to stay even though it was cheaper

When entering the front desk area was messy, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. When I arrived in the room it smelled like rubber. The bathroom sink would stop up. There was a big hole in the blackout drape where sun came in in the early morning. The sitting chair was filthy, the carpeting had spots on it. The bed was hard. When I checked out Noone was there. The breakfast was cold water for hit tea was cold.

This property is in need of major upgrades. I know there is a sign that says “please forgive the mess.” I can deal with the mess. Our room’s window did not lock, the dead bolt also did not lock. I don’t think the room was necessarily dirty- it’s just very run down. Definitely not a place I would ever stay again.

The first room I got didn't have a lock. I didn't feel comfortable without one so they gave me a different room. The next room hadn't been cleaned and had an unmade bed, dirty cups and used towels in the bathroom. The third room smelled like smoke and had a tv that didnt work. By then, I didnt care. I just needed a room for the night. The front desk employee was nice, though.
