Its not OYO its Garden Inn now check in fast finding room was easy Had problem reading wifi password but no big issue.Good selection of channels...big bathroom.. great nights sleep had a small kitchen with regular size fridge and for the price it can't be beat for Pearsall Tx I would stay their again if I have need to Its not a fancy hotel but it was a good nights stay!!

Dirty rooms broken chain locks. Quiet and we never felt unsafe. But the facility needs new management and cleaning staff. Didn’t see the cleaning staff much the whole week we were there.

This property is absolutely terrible I pre paid for this establishment and when I went to check in no one was there and I tried to call and no one answered I finally got ahold of a district office and no one would be there for 20 hrs later don’t know how that works when I pre paid so I tried to cancel since I needed a hotel and went down the street and they are refusing to refund be absolutely ridiculous

No hot water dirty towels dirty beds and a terrible experience with my family it wasn't embarrassing for me and my family the front office lady she was nice but the service and the rooms was terrible but did not had a choice because I was building my home in the area needed somewhere to stay the price is excellent it's just they need to do a better job with cleaning their sheets and having cleaned towels and better hot water I couldn't take a shower for 3 days when I was the coldest it wasn't pleasant at all
