It was a very cute place with an awesome staff

The people at the front desk was not the friendliest. We asked about breakfast and the guy was very rude about. All we did was ask him if they only serve eggs and sausage for breakfast bc there’s another Americcin in Madison the West one and they serve a full breakfast buffet and have Happy Hour and give cookies out too. The manager said he will cook us potatoes for an extra $300 dollars. He was just rude . And at breakfast there barely anyone there and they couldn’t keep up having enough eggs and bacon for the people that were there. So we’re going to the one at the Madison West next time !

The staff was so helpful and accomodating! We really enjoyed the free 24 hour coffee and waffles for breakfast. It was everything we needed and nothing fancy. Parking was fine and it was located easily off the highway. If you are looking for a reasonable price, and fairly close to downtown . . . this is the place.

Can't beat the location if you're going to Kohl Center or a football game. The staff were all wonderful and the room was fairly comfortable except a few really little things, like there's no blackout curtains and the shade didn't keep the room dark after sunrise, the fitted sheet didn't fit the bed very well, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it was a pleasant stay. We didn't try any of the food options.
