If something spilled, it barely hit the floor and they immediately mopped it. It was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make it an amazing experience. (Vicky and Brian in the buffet were so wonderful.) Many dining options. Fantastic pools. Great entertainment. I honestly have no suggestions for improvement. It was perfect.

Secluded from other resorts which allowed for an amazing beach experience. Food and drink were plentiful and delicious. Activities were around-with the option to participate at whatever level you wanted. Massage was perfect!!

Loved the size and feel of the resort. Food was good; lots of options and tasty. It was hard to find a chair by the pool after 10am. We always got a spot at the beach. Pool parties at the Caribe were great, we would have preferred an adults only pool party at night instead of the party at the Dunamar (family). We would go back and would recommend.

Definitely was a good time out there. I definitely enjoyed the parties and entertainment. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing that was amiss was the buffet. It was hit or miss whether or not the food was going to be good. The other restaurants were pretty good.

The property was beautiful and I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was the first one where I would say I was extremely disappointed in the food. There weren’t many dining options and the options we did have were not good at all.
