I checked into your hotel today and was informed that the elevator is not working. As a disabled guest, this creates a serious accessibility issue for me. I specifically requested a room near the first floor, but my request was denied.

It was spacious, clean and quiet. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. The only issue was that the elevators were down and our gas stove wasn't working. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Very clean. The website didn't tell us the elevator didn't work. We were slotted for the third floor. I can't do stairs. They were able to move us to the first floor. We were told it would be months before the elevator is fixed.

Especially happy with the size, decor and cleanliness of my room. Breakfast was great, too. Staff, very helpful and professional. Just one piece didn't fit. I was on floor one...the hallway had an odor...maybe animal, smoke, combination of?? Could it be the carpet? But, overall, I had an exceptional stay!

I reserved a second roll away two nights before I needed it to make sure I got it. And when I went to get it I was told they were out and I said I reserved it two days ago and the response I got was there is nothing I can do about it. So I personally had to sleep on the floor. And then all that was done was one night of the roll away I had for three nights got refunded and the air conditioning shut off two nights and the room got to 79 degrees.

The room was clean and comfortable. The soap dispensers in the shower were a bit difficult, but I like that you didn't have small plastic bottles of soap and shampoo. Good form.
