I liked the dining area. I did not like that I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and therefore could not use it. Also, I reserved a room with a king sized bed and a bay side view, that was not what I was given when I arrived.

NOT worth the price. Most of the time didn't have hot water, housekeeping didn't vacuum, toilet paper holder broken and not fixed when we notified them. Pool and pool area was very small and clogged full of little kids not being watched while parents drinking from bar. water cloudy - gross. no handicap way to get into pool without going out front thru busy driveway and locked gate that took an employee to open. nothing out even for a quick grab and go breakfast ( for over $500 for two nights) Emma the employee was wonderful and did acknowledge our special occasion :)

Restaurants and bars in the hotel were good, staff was friendly and welcoming. For a Omni hotel we were disappointed, or maybe our expectations were higher. Room was dusty, mainly around the ac vent, we asked them to clean it after our first night, since the dust made us have allergies, they did clean it but even after that we kept sneezing and having allergies throughout our stay. Housekeeping showed up until our 3rd day (I don’t know if we missed them ) on our 3rd day that morning we requested to have service we got back to the room later that day around 7pm (they still hadn’t came to our room) so I texted them again at 7and heard back until 10pm which then they did come and service the room. Overall, for the price and the name of this hotel we expected way more.

Well, I reserved a room with a view and thats not what I received. The room, #555 I believe is a room that when you open the curtains to the patio looks directly on to a rooftop to the hotel. I had to lean over the patio and look to the right

Family-Friendly with a Personal Touch — Just Needs

We had a great time at the Omni Corpus Christi! Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was comfortable with a nice view — though it was missing a microwave and seating on the balcony, which would’ve been a nice touch. Customer service was great almost everywhere throughout the hotel. A special shoutout to Elisabeth, our amazing waitress at the restaurant — she went above and beyond to accommodate our gluten-free needs and made sure my son and I were completely taken care of. We also had a fantastic experience at the pool bar with the female bartender — she was incredibly attentive, brought drinks to us without us needing to leave our seats, and made special virgin daiquiris on the rocks for my kids when the blender was down. They felt so special! Unfortunately, the male bartender was the complete opposite. He refused to make mixed drinks, said he was closing early the next two nights, and was honestly just dismissive. When my son lost his bracelet and I asked if he had seen it, he made me wait while he finished watching a scene from a movie on TV. A couple of minor maintenance issues too — the elevators were super slow, our tub didn’t drain properly, and we ran out of toilet paper. We called for more, but no one ever brought it up. All in all, the great staff members and fun atmosphere outweighed the downsides. With a few improvements, this place could be top-tier!

The property was very convenient. The hotel was very Beautiful and modern. We had a double balcony view on our 11th floor. Restaurant staff was very professional and nice! only thing I didn't like rhe free parking that was on the other side of the premises. It didn't feel safe leaving ny car there overnight.
