Additional parking fee, for an uncovered lot. Entrance to hotel is at a 35 degree downslope. No view to the ocean despite being next to it. The whole building put 90% of the rooms facing away from the ocean. For 160$ a night you could go somewhere else. Otherwise, staff and room was great and the breakfast was better than average. We went to this hotel because it looked newer with a view of the ocean. It is newer, there’s no view though.

The room was clean, they have friendly staff. The location was perfect near the seawall with the nice beach view. However, I was a little confused of the property next door which was under construction, one of the rooms was open.
