Overall our experience was great the staff is exceptionally friendly the hotel itself is beautiful the pool weight room and sauna was amazing. The only downfall is there maid service it has a lot to be desired.

Housekeeping slammed doors starting at 8 am , room very noise with outside traffic motorcycles loud, hard to sleep, pool area has roaches, room had dirty wash clothes from previous guest, the box of tissue almost empty and was not replace on the second day. Bed was comfortable however the outside noise made it difficult to sleep.

This location is a health and safety hazard. My family and I checked out early, attempted to get a refund, were told we would get one, and over 10 days later, no refund has come through. We left with rashes. There was mold in the shower/bath, visible in on shower ceiling tiles, stains on furniture, holes in walls, and the balconies are not accessible as advertised. Electrical fixtures were hanging as well.

The hotel is dated. The handle for the window shade was broken so it was difficult to enjoy the view and then get it closed for night time. We called room service numerous times and received a recording. After about an hour we called the front desk and were told that they just closed. It is just too expensive for what I received.

Overall the hotel was good. The restroom could use an upgrade. The pool was nice but needs some repairs. Breakfast was hotel quality. The fact that kids eat free made it better. Bar and service were great.

NEEDS RENOVATION

Hotel is due for some major renovations. Room was dirty, towels were dirty. I won’t be staying here again till I see some effort put into this building. Carpet is messed up, elevator sound like there going to break.

They places us in a room smaller than what we paid for. The room was dirty and the a/c was leaking. We asked to be switched or compt for the room difference and they refused.
