Very clean. Great location next to the beach. Seems like it had been an older hotel that has been remodeled and modernized, but they did a great job with it. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us by text and phone call.

Great place

Great little hotel just steps from the beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Only issue is outside lights are so bright that it lights up the room at night which affected our sleep.

Best hotel I have stayed at mostly due to the fact that it is a short walking distance to the beach. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. I do wish they were pet friendly. I would highly recommend Seaside Boutique Hotel.

Clean room. Needs some cosmetic repairs. Staff friendly. Convenient 2 minute walk to the beach definitely an A plus. No true complaints. Just wish they were pet friendly.

I love the location of this hotel. It is right on the beach, and there is a decently priced restaurant that is walkable or has beach parking on Beach Rd. The room was clean except for the floors. They were filthy. Told the front desk when checking out and they said the room was scheduled for a "deep clean" . I have stayed here before on the second floor and did not have this experience.

First time i stayed here in 2024, was very nice so when i decided to book again in 2025 i got an upgraded room but it was a nightmare. The front desk was hardly up front, the room was dirty i put a towel on the floor after showering and the towel was black from how dirty the floor was. there was no extra sheets for the pull out beds, no shampoo, soap nothing. then when i tried to bring it to the attention of the front desk, my daughter who is 13 caught the receptionist rolling her eyes when brought up. the ceiling fan wasn't working either and there was exposed electrical wires in the restroom. a whole mess.

This hotel is right beside the entrance to the beach. The beach is right at your feet pretty much. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back sometime soon. The staff were helpful and had all the information to all our questions. The staff does not stay over night they leave around 10-11pm. We got the hotel for a really nice rate.

We had to leave The Tarpon Inn due to the noise level of the music venue next to them. The people here were so kind and accommodating. The property manager even helped carry a couple of suitcases up the stairs. They are working really hard to improve the property even more. A great budget friendly place with good view of the water from the end balcony. Very quiet and peace.
