Corridors very noisy late into early hours also “receptionist” banging on my door would not answer when I asked who it was as single female travelling alone found this unnerving should be considered!

Appalling Hotel and Service

Booked a double room when arrived offered a twin, no explanation. Then noticed no wardrobe or drawers, a had booked for 14 days therefore had several clothes. Informed hotel, very rude man came to my room stating not hotels fault and that i can cancel. As no other rooms availible, then he removed wall mounted shelf and pushed beds together and said done..... I contacted Hotels.Com very helpful and supportive within 30min man returned and offered new room with double bed but still no wardrobe, clear picture in all website pictures. Both rooms were very dirty and unfit to rent. There were also serous heath and saftey concerns. Some of my pictures attached. Hotels.com moved me to an alternate Hotel the following day, thank you Hotels.com. I have emailed the original hotel twice for comment but no reply, im hoping after reading this they will respond to myself. Pictures attached.

The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend

No parking as advertised

No pin code was given to gain entry. Had to call number on email confirmation. Listing stated parking. In fact street parking or nearby Carpark isn’t the same. As a contractor can security is paramount with van theft. So was annoyed to find out that no private parking was available. Room was clean and tidy and warm. And cleaned daily.
