The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the metro and train stations, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated that they honored my request for a room on the quieter side of the hotel, allowing for a peaceful stay.
However, my experience with the cleaning staff was disappointing. When I requested an extra duvet, the manager was quite rude, stating they didn't have extras available and could only provide flat sheets. Fortunately, after leaving a note, I received the extra duvet from other staff, which was a relief.
The breakfast buffet was decent, featuring a variety of options, but it did become monotonous as the same items were served daily. Reception service was satisfactory, though I felt it could be more welcoming.
Overall, the hotel's strengths in location and accommodating room requests outweigh some minor service issues, making it a solid choice for travelers.
