When we checked in we were told to just message on the app right before you want the shuttle. We check in morning and it was booked up for the entire day. They should say much book a day or 2 in advance. It is a long walk or a 5 minute walk to catch shuttle. The reason we booked hotel was for the airport shuttle. Talked to front desk. They did not care. Also asked for a fan said they would bring up. Called and asked again. It never came. But breakfast was amazing, hotel is beautiful, room is spacious and bar is great.

Shuttle service is very efficient. Drivers are always helping out carry luggages, opens doors and extremely courteous at all times. Reception people and kind and helpful. They are busy with line up most days but they are always willing to listen and acknowledge any concers or questions. Staff at Breakfast Buffet are top notch when it came to service. They worked tirelessly to make sure you feel welcome and important. Fron the moment you sign in for your meal to the time you finish breakfast. Friendly, Warm & Kind. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely come back and recommend Scandic Strandpark to our friends and family planning to visit Copenhagen. Thank you all so much for the wonderful stay.🙏

Nice hotel, good sized room, and easy access to the airport (but be sure to book the shittle in advance, they do not seem to be able to accomodate last mi m ute additions very well). No phone in the room and no concierge meant that when i had a small problem, i had to go down to reception amd stand in lime (again). Not a big deal but frustrating after a lomg, hot, flight. Food was fien, a bit pricey as usual at an airport hotel.

Loved that the hotel was near the airport and friendly staff. I booked the hotel because of shuttle service to airport but did not know it only started at 5am. I had to leave for the airport at 3:30am. Also I hoped for a wakeup call as my phone battery was low and I had lost my adapter. The wake up call was not possible as there were no phones in the room. Fortunately a taxi was readily available and i was able to set my alarm.
