Great location, walkable to many attraction sites and dinning restaurants. Breakfast buffet is excellent, staff are all friendly, polite, and accomodating. The room was quiet, with all the aenities needed for a week stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experince amd we'll return for sure. Also, they accomodated our early check in which was apprecaited greatly after a ling journey.

Staff was rude . We were given the wrong bed configuration, supposed to be two twin beds and were given a double. Unapologetic and spoke in Danish instead of English to discuss the matter among themselves and when I questioned they said it was nothing.

Opulent Libby, friendly staff with exception of restaurant staff who made out very clear they would rather close a bit early than feed us and being able to have a drink after 8pm would be nice, but we just took our business elsewhere so no big thing for us. You can not get your room clean unless you get up before 9 and leave the room. We hung the tag asking for cleaning around 1pm and perhaps we did not read the fine print but did not he’ll the hotel in the category they could easily aspire to. Pro tip: do not choose a room with a shower, the whole bathroom was soaking wet and tiny and the floor was a bit hazardous, Again, seen worse. Location cannot be beat for sure. Good luck!

The hotel is in a great location, central to transit, shopping, sight-seeing, and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were very kind and accomodating. The breakfast isn't worth it, truly. It's like a continental breakfast at Holiday Inn, but with more types of bread and a few more fruits. They need to step it up.

Great place to stay!

This was a perfect location for our trip! The hotel is very pretty and close to everything we did! The rooms were large for Europe hotels and super comfy! The Executive lounge was a nice place to grab water, soda, coffee and wine and was really pretty. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the last two days and wished we had gone earlier in the trip! Would 10/10 stay here again!

Probably the best situated hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was within walking distance and if you get a top floor room on the left side, you get an amazing view of the church dome.

Horrendous. Pathetic. Horrible.

Horrendous. Didn’t have our requested room with two beds for adult children. Had to find new hotel on our own. Didn’t even offer to help. Booked a “fixed rate” taxi that wasn’t fixed rate. Cost of 50% more than was promised. Bathroom had hair everywhere.

Near transportation system and major attractions. Hotel's front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious.The bath tub is high and slippery and therefore a bit hard to get in and out. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. It would be good to have a dresser with drawers to be able to unpack our suitcases.
