This was our second stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Our only issue was that service was a bit brusque and unkind at the breakfast service which was much different from the first time we stayed when everyone was so kind and amazing.

We loved the look and feel of the hotel, very unique and it's appearance, the pool area was very nice, we felt totally relaxed and in enjoy our time in both the steam and hot sauna. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Hotel is ok, but certainly not a five star property (apart from the price). Lack of coffee machine in the room, bathroom so small that you can't get your toiletries by the mirror, shower with plastic curtain. Some nice elements of design, but five star hospitality is definitely something else. Staff very nice and helpful.

Wonderful stay, rooms are absolutely superb. Pool & spa areas are excellent. Had mostly cocktails and beers from the bar rather than restaurant food, although that looked and smelled impressive. Plenty of great places to eat, try Flammen right outside for fabulous buffet dinner £25 head (very cheap for CPH) and Saint Peter’s Bakery for the best pastries in the area (in our opinion).

Stayed in a terrace room. Terrace was useless due to all the insects on the fruit trees. While the room was large in area, the functional space was limited. The shower is tight. The sink sits too high and is too narrow, you’ll splash everywhere. If you want to see the pool, just look at photos on instagram. The rooms aren’t truly functional.

We came from seeing a TikTok video - it’s a really beautiful property and staff was very friendly. Pros: The pool is insanely beautiful. A very tranquil area and really draws you in. We spent an entire day just laying at the cabana. The rooms are spacious. The spa area is a good place to relax in the steam. Cons: Loud. Not sure if it was just our room as other reviews said it was quiet, but we were under the restaurant outside deck / spa area and heard chairs scraping along the floor into the early morning hours (4am). There was also a ton of bugs (looked like mosquitoes) in the room likely from the humidity of the pool area. We felt them on us at night and it was kind of gross. The couples massage was terrible. We booked full body massages. I said my problem area (upper back) and asked for deep pressure and I got a very light touch, while my partner (a male) didn’t get any part above his calves massaged. I understand maybe avoiding certain spots for professionalism but both of us have never been to a place that didn’t massage a thigh out of caution lol. It felt pretty obvious they were not well trained. Likely won’t stay again but the pool was awesome!
