Great Location

Great hotel. Nothing fancy, but exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable and an excellent location. It was right next to a train station, a metro station and within walking distance to several beautiful sights. Made getting around the city very easy.

Good for price and very good for access. Found all of Copenhagen safe minor drawback is being next to train tracks noise minor. There is limited dining near the hotel in evening. Staff efficient and knowledgeable

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel more! In fact, it was such a good experience that two of my friends have since stayed since my departure! Super convenient with supreme staff, service and a grocery store and the train station directly in front. I WILL be coming back! Thank you so much!

Great service. Note some rooms are directly next to the train tracks. They provide earplugs, but I did just sleep through! Also, leaving luggage requires you to rent a locker (DKK 35 for mine).

Great hotel

The hotel was much better than expected. Close to the centre of town and close to the cruise terminal where we were joining our ship. It is a budget hotel but with a great atmosphere. We would stay here again. All reception staff were very professional, smiling and wonderful senses of humour. Particular mention to Pedro from Brazil. I watched him dealing with a particularly demanding couple with so much patience. A credit to the hotel. Our room overlooked the railway tracks and you really could hear the trains rumbling past the window. This may put some people off but we loved it. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. To top it all they have a 24 hour bar. There is a 24 hour 7/11 across the road with a large selection of food which you are allowed to consume in the hotel bar as they have no restaurant apart from breakfast. For the price we were very pleased and glad we stayed there.

Pleasant stay in the hotel, room was a good size but guess that came with the price for a last minute booking. Beds were comfy. Only slight issue is no lift up or down levels which make it difficult for people with heavy luggage to get to/from lobby to room. Lighting could be improved in main room too

No air conditioning... overall great experience

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and kind. I loved the availability to grab something from the drink fridge, an alcoholic drink, or a coffee from the front desk area. Though we did not have breakfast it looked fairly good. Wish we had an opportunity to check out the gym! My one complaint is that my partner and I stayed here in August, and the hotel has no air conditioning. We were frankly sweating to death and were given two small fans to compensate for the heat... we could also only crack our window to get any sort of (hot) fresh air. I would suggest they install some sort of AC unit per room to make it more comfortable for guests.... Other than that I would indeed stay here again, but in a colder month!

A perfect spot for acceding trains to venture into Copenhagen and/or the airport. We had a tiny balcony overviewing the train tracks. The train traffic was busy but relatively quiet. No horns being blown, just a soothing swish. The staff was polite but quite reserved. Perhaps it’s the characteristic of the Northern Europe.

The location of this long hotel is fantastic as it is walkable to many points of interest, directly above the Metro and commuter train stations and even has a bus stop right outside. There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel as well that is well stocked with fresh produce, ready to eat food, regular grocery and alcohol. The room is clean, modern and very functional and comfortable. The best part is the train watching via the adorable juliet balcony, if you get the rooms on that side!

metro and train station, supermarket are right across the hotel. no close by restaurant, you need to work a bit but not too bad. there is indeed frequent train noise for rooms facing the railway, not very loud but noticeable. beds are on the soft side. toilet does not room to place toiletries, would be nice if there are some cabinet/shelves spaces for that.
