The room had an absolutely terrible smell (like sewage) and the blanket on the bed had not been cleaned properly - there were spots of blood on it from the previous guest! I wish I had read reviews prior, which spoke about the terrible smell.

A great boutique hotel with superb friendly staff ,great breakfast ,we loved the quiet location only 10 minutes from the super cool vesterbro area ,bedrooms functional size wise ,good showers and comfortable bed .

Boutique Hotel

The hotel is located at a quiet corner of Carlsberg and is pretty near to train stations. Room was average. The corridor was dimly lit. There always seem to be something going on outside of the hotel e.g., noises from nearby constructions of motor vehicles that woke us up from sleep, at random hours of the night.

the hotel needs more maintenance. The plumbing is in bad shape. The rooms have no frigs, no shelves and no drawers to place small things in. There is not a restaurant for lunch or light meals. Rating should be two or three stars -- not any more.

We loved EVERYTHING about this super cool hotel...except: 1) no Air Conditioning and 2) we found it a bit far to walk to the places we wanted to see 3) Housekeeping wasn't great but the rest of the staff was so incredible it made up for it! Note: laundry service only avail mon-fri!

Perfection

The employees are absolute harmony and kindness. Simply the most welcoming and helpful group. From the wine hour to the spirits tasting, the restaurant, the spa, easy to get to, and then the amazing staff - a top tier experience here. The rooms are Dutch and urban, so get the idea of American waste out of your mind. No need for big rooms, cabinets everywhere, etc that never get used. The rooms are efficient and easy. Great location, too.
