This property advertises as a Wyndham then you pull up to a days inn. It advertises a pool that’s open through September but doesn’t say it closes at 8 so it won’t be open if you’re arriving for the evening. It also says breakfast which honestly consists of coffee and individually wrapped rice crispy treats from a kellogs box or nature valley bars also from a box. No actual food. The shower also didn’t work it wouldn’t form any seal to start pressure for a shower so that was frustrating but also only lukewarm water for a bath. Also says check in online for faster service but then the clerk said that didn’t matter you still have to redo it on paper at the front desk while your family sits out in the car waiting so that was pointless. Also the tv turned on but the remote did not change the channel. Just overall disappointing in every way.

The people that run the hotel are very nice. They said my dog stained the comforter and it didn't come out which i find odd since my comforter always comes clean so i wont be getting my deposit back. The refrigerator froze my insulin so threw out 3000 worth and had to go without for 2 weeks. A lot of homeless people roam the parking lot and sleep on the sidewalk. Would not recommend if you have kids

Comfortable bed. Saying you provide breakfast is a bit misleading when all you have is a choice of a rice krispie treat, granola bar, tiny fruit prepackaged fruit cup. I think it would be better to say you provide a couple of grab and go snack items for people to take or eat there.

One-night road trip

We stayed one night as we were traveling. Good location, comfortable bed, no carpet, needs a little more cleaning around bathroom fixtures. Wonderful staff.

The room was spacious but hot no ac when we arrived. It took 40 mins to finally cool the room. The beds are ready high and they had very small only one pillow per person. The bathroom looks gross like it has never been cleaned. I have pictures glad we didn’t need to shower at all. The sink was not very clean area. When we were still checking out some cleaning lady came it was only 10:29. Do better. We had until 11am to check out.

Well first thing was soon as I walked into the room the floor was cracking and breaking. There was an old blood stain middle of fitted sheet. And the bathtub didn't work. Guess you get what you pay for even tho this place was actually alil more expensive than a couple other ones I viewed online

Fantastic! Super clean. Very quiet. Great location. We will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for us. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 9 nights while attending family gatherings in Cookeville. It was reasonably priced and perfect. Great sleep every night. Definitely stay here- it is great!
