Both of us are handicapped and made reservations there because of this. Went to check in and room wasn't ready until 1 hour and 15 minutes after check in time. It had a door closer that had to be held open with one hand while you tried to enter with walker, I only have one good arm and hand. The air conditioner didn't work, had to have a maintenance person come with the concierge to verify. I requested another room and was told they didn't have anymore. I had called personally the day before to verify the shower was a walk in I was told it was. It was a tub/shower combo with a seat. The shower head was mounted on the wall and there was no hand held nozzle. The shower curtain could not close because of the width of the seat. The grab rails were only at the front of the shower and not anywhere near the seat. The bed was not regular height it was shorter and you sank into the mattress when you sat on it. I could barely get out of the bed at all. Every light had a separate switch on the lamp, there was no switch on any wall with the exception of the vanity. None of the switches had any labels, including the electric blinds on the windows where the switch was located 5 feet away on a separate wall. The breakfast area had tables and chairs at each entrance and there was no egress for a handicapped person without having someone move them out of the way. There are two handicapped spots at the front door, one at the rear door 250 feet away. The manager could have cared less.

The property was good and the rooms were nice. The thing I didn't like, was that I arrived after a nine hour drive at 2:40, and they would not let me check in without paying extra. I stay in comfort inns frequently and I have never had to wait to check in if the room was ready and it was within 1/2 hour of check in time.

Their breakfast could have better options but overall great experience it was very peaceful staff was so nice and patient. Pool was open all day with minimal interruptions. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.
