Room and bathroom were very clean and the view was amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room, however, was very warm. The AC did not work and when I went to inquire, it was not working during the season (early November) only the heat was on. They said they could turn it off from the front desk to my room, but it did not help. Sleeping was difficult as I prefer the room chilly. That was the only downside to the stay. I should have opened the balcony door, but wasn’t sure about street noise. Everything else was great!

We had a lake view room which was comfortable, if small and ‘tired’. Although this may well have been a palace at one point, the hotel is now long past its prime. Breakfast was fine. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

The rooms were not very nice and had carpet- which is gross. The bathrooms were so small. The lobby is undesirable. The lobby furniture is old and dirty. The outside of the hotel is beautiful- deceiving of the inside. The location is perfect.
