Great and friendly staff. They kindly upgraded my room to a room with balcony; thanks! Breakfast room with great view and delicious breakfast.

The staff were very helpful, room clean and breakfast ok.

No dining service after breakfast. No snacks or even a water fountain available for guests. Hotel to far from town. No decent restaurants near hotel. Swimming pool dirty. Patio furniture dirty. I will never book this hotel again. Reception & cleaning staff very friendly though!

Fun place to stay - large room and helpful staff

Solid stay. The shining feature of the hotel is the kind staff who are incredibly helpful with anything you need. The free breakfast was plentiful and had many options. The room was squeaky clean. On the other hand, our room was tiny. The hotel is situated on busy Via Gardesana, and the traffic noise was bothersome to me. They don't provide irons, which apparently is common in Italy, as our subsequent hotel did not either. They did show us an area where we could iron clothes if we wanted to. The on site restaurant did not provide any kid friendly dinner options. And the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking while we were in the room 3 different times which was pretty shocking to me. Overall, would not stay again.

Room was small, old and the shower could barely fit. Location was great and perhaps that's what they charge for.

The room was simple but as advertised, although I wish there had been a little more light. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed eating out in front of the hotel. The location is perfect for attending a performance at the arena, would definitely stay here again if going to a show!
