Rooms need to be updated they have old stuff in there like lamps the have metal and they are rusted and sofa has a lot of stains hall way lights need to be changed it’s so dark also elevator not working properly one of them got out of service when I was there.

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

The location was perfect! And check in and check out were great! The unit was outdated. The furniture was very broken down and uncomfortable. WiFi did not work unless you stood on the balcony. It did what it needed to do. It gave us a place to sleep, shower and change. Would we stay there again - probably not. Did we gate our time there absolutely not!

Two problems; 1) One of the elevators was out of service, and that inhibited getting to the 3rd floor. 2) I could not charge my Tesla at the destination charger (there are two stations and both were inoperative). Parking was very crowded and there were violations of Handicapped and Tesla charging spots.
