My recent stay at the Tru by Hilton Columbus was absolutely lovely. From the moment I arrived, I felt at peace and genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere was calm and comforting, just what I needed. The staff were kind, the space was clean, and everything about the experience made me feel cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and positive stay.

Please be aware during my stay, there were 3 car break ins that I witnessed. when I went to the front desk to have them call 911, I was asked if my car was broken into. I stated it wasn't my car and they said then don't worry about it, It happens all the time like it was no big deal. I was planning on staying there on my way home and that will not be happening. It is a risky situation to be in and they don't seem to care. Beware!!

Clean and quiet

Lobby~fun and hip. Staff~ friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast~decent options including hot/cold items. Coffee available in lobby day/night. Bathroom~ Clean and they have the best shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion in their bathrooms! Bed~comfortable mattress and pillows. I would stay here again! Location~felt safe and I was not worried about my vehicle.

Consistently good hotel.

I usually stay at this hotel because it of its cleanliness and overall condition of the lobby and rooms. The only problem I had was the air conditioning in my room was very noisy. In general, I had a good stay.
