Loved the fireplace!! Loved the living /kitchen and feeling of space. The separate bedrooms be bath were great for two women sharing a room. The beds were very comfortable!! Door handle and lock to bedroom on right was broken.

Hotel had a nice patio area which is nice: but for hotel management to allow loud behavior up to midnight and past was unfortunate for us. We could not get to sleep for the noise. Was just there for four nights. This was the second and most likely last time staying here. When we got to our room there were no bath towels and the trash had not been emptied from previous guests. Took my trash to front desk and also asked for towels. Only two clean towels could be found but we were promised more. Never got them until I went back to the front desk. During our stay no one from housekeeping came to our room. Had to empty our trash. Was not happy.

The sofa pullout bed was covered in crumbs, pieces of chips, and had no sheets. As you pull out the sofa bed, you could see socks, toys, and food that has not been cleaned in some time underneath. The room smelled horrible. The floor was filthy - my son spilled his water, and when I wiped it up, the towel was brown. Gross.
